PRO Subscription Prices

1. General
The use of the basic functions of our app is free. The Pro Subscription grants access to extended features within the application, including premium functionality and additional tools. The exact scope of features is either displayed within the app at the time of purchase or in our terms of service which can be found under https://orbyz.world/terms, section 6.
All base prices are stated in Euro (EUR/€) and include statutory value added tax (VAT).
For users whose account or payment method is registered in a country with a different currency, the applicable amount will be displayed and charged in the respective local currency during checkout.
2. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
The subscription renews automatically for the designated periods unless cancelled prior to the end of the current subscription term. Detailed informations can be found under https://orbyz.world/terms, section 6.5.

4. Company subscription
The Company Subscription is designed for business customers and provides extended access to professional features within the application, including advanced account management tools and additional business-related functionalities.
The Company Subscription is currently available only as a yearly plan.
Prior to completing the purchase, business customers are required to select the tier corresponding to their company size and/or annual revenue in accordance with the tier list displayed during checkout. The selected tier determines the applicable annual subscription fee.
By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that the selected tier accurately reflects the company’s size and/or annual revenue at the time of conclusion of the contract.

Die Nutzung der Basisfunktionen unserer App ist kostenlos. Das Pro-Abonnement gewährt Zugriff auf erweiterte Funktionen der Anwendung, darunter Premium-Funktionen und zusätzliche Tools. Der genaue Funktionsumfang wird entweder in der App zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs oder in unseren Nutzungsbedingungen unter https://orbyz.world/terms, Abschnitt 6, angezeigt.
Alle Basispreise sind in Euro (EUR/€) angegeben und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer.
Für Nutzer, deren Konto oder Zahlungsmethode in einem Land mit einer anderen Währung registriert ist, wird der entsprechende Betrag beim Bezahlvorgang in der jeweiligen Landeswährung angezeigt und abgebucht.
2. Automatische Verlängerung und Kündigung
Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch um die festgelegten Zeiträume, sofern es nicht vor Ablauf des aktuellen Abonnementzeitraums gekündigt wird. Detaillierte Informationen finden Sie unter https://orbyz.world/terms, Abschnitt 6.5.

4. Firmenabonnement
Das Firmenabonnement ist für Geschäftskunden konzipiert und bietet erweiterten Zugriff auf professionelle Funktionen der Anwendung, darunter fortschrittliche Kontoverwaltungstools und zusätzliche geschäftsrelevante Funktionen.
Das Firmenabonnement ist derzeit nur als Jahresabonnement erhältlich.
Vor Abschluss des Kaufs müssen Geschäftskunden anhand der im Bestellprozess angezeigten Tarifliste den Tarif auswählen, der ihrer Unternehmensgröße und/oder ihrem Jahresumsatz entspricht. Der gewählte Tarif bestimmt die jährliche Abonnementgebühr.
Mit Abschluss des Kaufs bestätigt der Kunde, dass der gewählte Tarif die Unternehmensgröße und/oder den Jahresumsatz zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses korrekt widerspiegelt.
